§ 38-355. Duration; termination.

The registration statement shall remain in place for one year and renew each subsequent year automatically unless the utility is in default. The director shall give written notice of default to a utility if it is determined that a utility has:

(1)

Violated any provision or requirement of the issuance or acceptance of a registration application or any law of the city, state, or federal government;

(2)

Attempted to evade any provision or requirement of this article;

(3)

Practiced any fraud or deceit upon city; or

(4)

Made a material misrepresentation of fact in its application for registration.
